We sell the license version of DigiMeta online only. That is, we don't offer any boxed product, printed manual, CD-ROM or floppy disk at all.
We first offer the non-licensed "trial" version of software and, to continue using it, you must purchase a license. We send a serial number to the customer who purchases a license. By entering the serial number to the non-licensed "trial" version of software, it becomes the licensed version and you can continue using it.
| 1. Download a trial version |
Download the trial version of software and install it in your computer, then evaluate it. You can use the trial version for 15 days since you first launch it. For evaluation period, consider whether you like to purchase it. See the bundled help document for how to use the software. If you are not satisfied with our software, uninstall it from your computer. If you have time, please let us know why. |
| 2. Fill in order form |
Place your order by using our online order form. You need a credit card to place an order. Because price charged for your order is not refundable, place your order after fully understanding functions and performance of our software by evaluating the trial version. Please be sure to fill in the order form with collect information. After your order is transmitted to our server, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please review it carefully. If you find anything wrong on it, please contact us immediately. You can jump to our online order form from the bottom of this page. |
| 3. Receive serial number | As soon as we process your order, you will receive an e-mail containing a serial number, usually within three business days. Do NOT lose this number because it's required when the software is updated or you change your computer. |

Launch the trial version of software and click the [Purchase...] button on the initial screen.

We can only accept VISA or MasterCard. Currently we don't accept any other types of credit card. We charge in US$.
Because our order form utilized Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which is a standard of Internet security, all
transmission of data including customer's personal information or credit card information is protected. You need a
browser that supports SSL to use our order form. If you use a browser which supports SSL, when your browser access our
order form whose URL always begin with https:, your browser displays a "closed lock" icon present in the bottom
right-hand corner (IE) or a "unbroken key" icon in the lower left-hand corner (Netscape). While browser displays this
icon, all data transmitted between your computer and our server is secured. Please Note that, If your browser doesn't
support SSL or if you access without SSL (via URL beginning with http:), transmission is not secured.
Also, customer information we obtained are used only to communicate between us and our customer for customer support or
announcement. We will never disclose our customer information to any third party.
When our server receives an order from a customer, it automatically send an e-mail (example) that confirms the customer order to an e-mail address entered in the order form (credit card information is not written in e-mail for security). Please review your order written in e-mail. If you confirmed that everything is correct, you don't have to respond us. If you don't receive e-mail, you might enter an incorrect e-mail address in order form. In that case, please contact us. Also, if you find something wrong in e-mail or if you never order, please contact us immediately.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. However, if we have already processed your order and have already sent a serial number to you, you can no longer cancel your order. Also, even if we can cancel your order, we might charge some fee to cancel a transaction between credit card company and us. Please understand these issues and be sure to place your order correctly.
Usually we sent you a serial number by e-mail within 3 days after your order is placed. However actual waiting time
varies our workload. Please understand it.
Don't lose the serial number which we send you. Although the software is updated at any time, the serial number issued
to customer is handled separately from the product update. Once you entered the serial number, if the software is
updated or if you change your computer, you might need to enter it again. If you lose the serial number, please contact
us. In that case, if we can't identify you as a licensed customer, we might reject to re-issue the serial number to you.
Furthermore, please keep in mind that disclosing the serial number is same as making a copy of product illegally.
Price charged for your order is not refundable. Because we offer you the trial version to evaluate our product by yourself, please place your order after fully understanding functions and performance of our software by evaluating the trial version.
